Top Quality Fishing Gear
We use top quality Penn and Shimano saltwater fishing tackle. Our first mate will take care of all the riggings and will give everyone a quick “how-to” or a refresher for the seasoned angler. On our Panama City Beach deep sea fishing charters we target Red Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, Trigger Fish, Vermillion Snapper, White Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Scamp, Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, and Shark. Our trolling trips are generally 4–6 hour excursions. Our Bottom Fishing charters start at 6 hours, or you can book 8, 10 and 12-hour fishing trips.
The Freedom is a 44’ Henriques Sport Fisher, with state-of-the-art fishing electronics.
Inside you will find a fully air-conditioned cabin with ample seating for your entire group. Down below, we have a galley with storage for your snacks and personal belongings, a fully functional clean restroom with a fresh-water sink. Up-forward, we have four large bunks for all of your napping needs after a fun day of fishing. Our spacious back deck offers plenty of room for the entire group. We are docked at the famous Capt. Anderson’s Marina. On board The Freedom, you will be welcomed by a family-friendly crew ready to help you with all your charter fishing needs.

Do we need a fishing license?
No. Your charter fee includes fishing licenses for your entire group. We take care of all of that for you.
Do we need to bring our fishing equipment?
No. We supply all of the tackle that you will be using on your fishing trip. Our experienced crew, including our first class deckhand, will be ready to assist.
What do we need to bring?
Nothing aside from a cooler stocked full of your favorite foods and drinks. A few other suggested items that you will want to make sure you have on hand: sunscreen, sunglasses, ball caps, and depending on weather, a light jacket/raincoat. Last and not least, make sure you bring your camera. You won't want to miss that shot of a lifetime.
